What tune where you using ??
Some tunes don't have the ABS software integrated.

Check abs rotors are true, wiring is correctly routed and not damaged, sensors to rotor gaps are in spec. Disconnect and reconnect the battery. If you changed the tune, try the old one. I haven't used the program for a long time, is there an abs tick option?

1600,Foran Razorbacks, Meerkat bypass, Dyno tune, real headlight,plenty of chrome,switchblade pegs, Hagon Nitro shocks & Ikon progressive fork springs etc. Scorpion Western Low handlebars. PH adjustable fork caps.

Lee, you beat me too it.
If the 20363 tune is not tampered with it should be okay, ABS wise.
At least in the PC version that I use, there is no showing or box ticking for that ABS, maybe there is in the handy version, I don't know.

Well Kim you know as I do, if it wasn't broke before and it's broken after you fiddled with it, then most likely you've done something wrong. Not always but from my experience in workshops it rates highly.
